West Side Place

West Side Place

West Side Place is a chance to experience new heights of luxury living, surrounded by the finest entertainment, retail and dining offerings of Melbourne’s CBD, and an impressive array of residential amenities inspired by The Ritz-Carlton brand.

West Side Place is Melbourne’s ultimate luxury living experience and Victoria’s largest residential development at the time of its completion. This is our third project for long-time client Far East Consortium, with the new precinct shaping Melbourne’s skyline, hosting the Ritz Carlton brand in Melbourne, and creating a vertical residential village in the central CBD.

Stage 1 of the development sees the creation of over 1,300 apartments across two towers and Melbourne’s first Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Housed within the tallest hotel in the southern hemisphere, the luxury hotel suites sit 270m high, above a business centre and 550-seat grand ballroom, with a panoramic check-in desk on level 80.

Naturally Connected

West Side Place features extensive ground floor amenities to add to the existing network of buzzing laneways and retail options in the area. With over 3000sqm of retail space upon completion, residents can enjoy the convenience of on-site access to a range of dining, retail and service offerings right at their doorstep.

A new central laneway running north-south of West Side Place connects Lonsdale Street with Little Lonsdale Street. Its design as a shared pedestrian and vehicle zone will feature a continuous ground treatment without kerbs.

Attracting International investment with amenity rarely seen outside of high calibre hotels

The entire West Side Place precinct occupies over half a city block. At ground level, it offers over 3000sqm of retail and hospitality spaces to support the resident, the traveller and the CBD commuter.

Residences are configured in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom settings, with an additional study featured in selected apartments. ‘The Park Release’ residences are available across two offerings, including the Central Residences across levels 11 to 42, and the ‘Sky Residences’ across levels 43, 45 to 68.
