Located on the edges of the picturesque Swan River, the Elizabeth Quay urban renewal project has attracted more than 3 million visitors since its opening celebrations in 2016, with its offering of resort-style amenities, ferry terminals, and commercial and residential space in an exciting new precinct.

Our contribution at 9 & 10 Elizabeth Quay aims to enhance the success of the Quay, combining 379 residential apartments, 204-room 5 star luxury hotel, ground floor retail, dining, and entertainment in an integrated resort-style development.

The importance of placemaking was not lost on clients Far East Consortium, who matched the prominent foreshore location with Cottee Parker’s experience in urban design and architectural flair in order to bring commercial success, enhance community engagement, and provide a new destination at the Quay.

Cottee Parker also collaborated with the hotel’s appointed Hong Kong based F+B designer, AND Associates, to carry their concept design through development and delivery phases of Heath Restaurant. Cottee Parker lead the design and delivery of all back-of-house food service areas including food delivery areas, room service kitchen, production and banquet kitchens, and commissary.
