Rivello is Cottee Parker Architects' third building within the Portside East masterplan, a catalyst development for the rejuvenation of the Hamilton North Shore.

By uniting a sophisticated architectural design and contemporary interior styling, we have delivered Rivello as an impressive residential offering and benchmark for riverfront living in the heart of Hamilton; a $1.3B residential and lifestyle precinct located 6km from Brisbane’s CBD.

The development is an exemplar of Cottee Parker’s ongoing involvement in the Portside Hamilton precinct, with the progression of our 2012 masterplan being realised as a contemporary marketable offering for Brookfield.

Targeting the 'downsizer' segment and understanding their motivations and aspirations for 'living' have enabled our design team to reach unprecedented sales results for Brookfield.

Featuring a suite of highly curated resort-style amenities for residents, Rivello includes a rooftop with an infinity-edge pool capturing views across the Brisbane River to the CBD, a private function room with a kitchen and bar for intimate gatherings, a residents’ lounge, wine cellar, outdoor gardens and barbeque areas. The spaces are open plan, but highly intimate, with interior styling and detailing that supports a multitude of functions - from work to play.

Through the design process for Rivello, we responded to Brookfield’s target ‘downsizer’ and ‘Gen-Y’ purchasers by prioritising contemporary lifestyle considerations. Rivello reflects the changing nature of work, with integrated workspaces designed into each apartment and with the inclusion of ‘workstyle’ meeting spaces and sophisticated resident lounges that can play “double-duty” for work and play.

80% of apartments sold within first few weeks of market release, with AU$118M in revenue generated for Brookfield.

Embracing 50 meters of Brisbane River frontage, the 4-Star Green Star rated development includes 150 apartments over 21 storeys.

Buyers have the choice between one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments priced from $605K, and a select number of exclusive sub-penthouses and penthouses.

The apartment design is warm and texturally driven, with generous floor plates and an open plan living key to the design.
