Queen’s Wharf
A landmark riverside precinct that transforms Brisbane’s historic core into a vibrant destination for living, leisure and culture, uniting world-class design, heritage renewal and public life along the city’s riverfront.
Queen’s Wharf is one of the largest mixed-use developments in Australia and a defining project for Queensland’s capital. Developed by Destination Brisbane Consortium, the $3.6 billion precinct reimagines the city’s river edge with a world-class integrated resort combining hospitality, residential, retail and public realm in one unified destination.
Cottee Parker led the architectural vision through to construction documentation, coordinating a global consultant team and navigating complex planning, heritage and delivery requirements. As Lead Architect, we partnered with Destination Brisbane Consortium, Multiplex and government stakeholders to shape a design that balanced commercial goals with civic vision at every stage.
