The success of the diverse sector offering supports the area's keen involvement in mixed-use commercial and retail spaces. Stage 6 is planned to link to a wider mixed-use offering in the later stages of the Homeworld Masterplan.

Stage 6 features 3,000 sqm of Medical, Retail and Commercial space across two buildings with 118 car parks. A significant aspect of the project is the fast-tracked program and methodologies to address the environmentally sensitive area over which the new facility is constructed. We are very proud to be working with Macpro again on this new project.
