Capestone Village

A meaningful public realm for the community to meet is at the centre of this design, with unique retail precincts to capitalise on day and evening customer bases.

The subtropical green spine formed the key master planning strategy for this project. Opening opportunities for a range of intimate shaded edges and large public rooms to mediate between the indoor and outdoor spaces. As the spine expands and contracts along its length, social spaces for relaxed occupation have been created. The aim of which is to promote customer spending across the development and encourage return visitation.
