For long-term client S&S Projects, Esprit was delivered with a marketable difference, housing the Gold Coast’s first rooftop wellness hub ‘Club Esprit.’ The amenity for residents is unparalleled, featuring a gym, yoga lawn, private remedial treatment room, ice bath, infrared sauna, steam rooms and 25-metre lap pool all over 1,110sqm.

Beyond the wellness and lifestyle benefits, our design includes private dining rooms, terrace space, designated BBQ areas, a children’s lawn, and an outdoor cinema, providing an exciting level of amenity for residents to live in a self-contained oasis.

Dramatic natural beauty.

With two interconnected buildings across two street frontages, ‘Esprit’ and ‘Little Esprit’ are inspired by the natural beauty of local Snapper Rocks. The buildings’ tinted glazing emulates the tranquil reflective waters. Striated layers of rock are represented by the facade’s horizontal banding.

The smaller Ward Street building draws on the same language as its Boundary Street counterpart, with curved edges and strong horizontal banding. Landscaping is extended from pockets to cascades over the edge of Level 1 and the Roof.
