Plans Lodged for a Three-tower Mixed-use Development Set to Reshape Teneriffe

Kokoda Property lodged plans with the Brisbane City Council for a $1.5b mixed-use three-tower development in Teneriffe.

Designed by Cottee Parker, the catalytic project includes 380 apartments, a 160-key hotel, and about 5000 sqm of retail, cafes, and restaurants. The proposed ground floor’s layout is characterised by a large plaza, an extended Riverwalk, and multiple laneways to improve pedestrian movement, business activity, and urban vibrancy.

The project site is one of the very last available riverfront sites in the area. Its uniqueness derives from the opportunity to act as a bridge between the established historic urban fabric and the adjacent modern one.

Cottee Parker’s directors, Naveen Dath & Sandra Browne, and Mark Stevens from Kokoda Property were featured on Channel 10 News First, remarking on Skyring Terrace.
