With a striking white geometric facade, Hotel X demands attention - a sleek sophistication and eclectic character are the hallmark of IHG’s international debut for its luxury & lifestyle ‘Vignette Collection’.

Reflecting the city’s milieu and inspired by location, history and architecture, Hotel X enters the Brisbane market with a fresh focus. Anchored by a 146-key boutique hotel, the development reflects the Valley’s changing demographic with commercial, residential, and F&B experiences.

Hotel X presents as the InterContinental Hotels Group’s (IHG) most eclectic hotel brand, a significant and dynamic cultural addition to Brunswick Street in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. The design fronts a new hotel brand for IHG, and is a collaboration between architects, artists and stylists.

The hotel also hosts 30 long term accommodation apartments.

Beyond the hotel, ‘Work X’ is a co-working offering hosted on the upper levels of the development, over 1,000sqm. The development also includes three food and beverage destinations over 1,800sqm at the lower ground, lobby, mezzanine and rooftop levels.

Its cultural edge ensures the development remains relevant in an emerging inner-city precinct, positioning the hotel brand to attract locals and travellers for the ‘stay’ or ‘dine’ experiences.
