With its striking white geometric façade, Hotel X demands attention, bringing a sense of sleek sophistication and eclectic character to IHG’s international debut of its luxury and lifestyle Vignette Collection. More than a visual statement, the façade enhances shading performance and ensures strong brand visibility within the Valley’s dense urban fabric.

Rooted in its location, history and architectural context, Hotel X introduces a fresh, culturally attuned hospitality offering to Brisbane. Anchored by a 146-key boutique hotel and supported by 30 long-term apartments, the development reflects the Valley’s evolving demographic with a mix of commercial, residential and F&B experiences.

As the most expressive brand within IHG’s portfolio, the design blends architecture, art and styling to create a series of curated guest moments. This collaboration delivers a distinct identity for each floor and positions Hotel X as a significant cultural addition to Brunswick Street.

Beyond the hotel, the project incorporates Work X, a 1,000sqm co-working space on the upper levels, and three food and beverage venues across the podium and rooftop totalling over 1,800sqm. These uses drive continuous activation and contribute to day-to-night energy within the precinct.

Its cultural edge and mixed-use integration ensure long-term relevance in an emerging inner-city market, attracting locals and travellers seeking memorable stay and dine experiences.
