The design inspiration for the building and its interiors has come from the immediate surrounds – the patchwork of neighbouring woolstores and warehouses, as well as the sleek city loft conversions of NYC and the form of its iconic Flatiron building.
Unit planning layouts for this unique and acute corner site were challenging, the outcomes deliver a sense of intimacy and quirkiness that add to its unique character. The industrial-luxe interiors are fashioned through material juxtaposition of raw and polished; textured and smooth.
Metal and mirror are set against concrete; and soft carpet contrasts with premium timber flooring. In the upper levels and larger 2 storey penthouses, the aesthetic tends towards the luxury end with feature staircases, marble and stone panels.
The roof top was designed as a sanctuary from the bustle of the street. There are numerous options for lounging and dining in the privacy of your own space. At the summit of the building the resort pool offers spectacular wrap around views of the surrounding district and the distant CBD from your own private cabana.
