Proposed mixed-use development comprised of 136 residential apartments across three buildings, an active retail and commercial precinct and an Artist Studio. The spaces between the buildings become the new galleries of Waterloo, featuring curated works of local artists.
The design which won the Botany Road Competitive Design Alternatives Submission in 2017 celebrates the value that local artisan communities bring to places and looks to create a space which integrates art, landscape, activity and living into building and place.
