The architectural vision for 37 Wyandra Street draws on the site’s local context and the surrounding natural topography, the cliffs of Kangaroo Point and landscape located throughout the Teneriffe precinct.
The form of the tower undulates like the localities rocky cliff faces with a series of recesses moving in and out along the street frontage. The natural bronze tones and the material palette further reinforce the architectural vision. The built form is then overlayed with a veil of subtropical landscape.
The apartments have been designed with both deep and wide balconies that will protect the external envelope of the building at the street frontage and to the rear boundary. This creates breathable, habitable edges that can be used all year around.
The common level roof top amenity has a variety of different uses, including swimming pool and spa, yoga deck, en-closed private dining room, semi open outdoor kitchen and dining deck and fire pit.
