With more than 20 years’ experience in practice management within the architecture industry, Amy brings a deep understanding of the operational, commercial and people aspects of architectural practice. She works closely with the Board and leadership team to strengthen business performance, develop leadership capability and ensure the practice has the systems, structures and culture needed to support continued growth.
