Throughout his career he has worked closely with clients, consultants, government authorities and marketing teams to guide complex multi-residential developments from early site acquisition and feasibility through to design, approvals and construction.

As a Director, Adam continues to play a key leadership role within Cottee Parker's Design Unit, fostering a collaborative design culture through mentoring, peer review and the ongoing development of the practice's design capability. His ability to quickly test design opportunities and respond to commercial realities makes him a trusted adviser during the earliest stages of project planning, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Adam has extensive experience navigating complex, multi-staged developments and has worked closely with Brisbane City Council, Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) and a broad range of stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes within budget and programme. His background on both sides of the industry gives him a deep understanding of how construction methodology, planning requirements, material selection and design decisions influence project feasibility and long-term value.
