Construction of Omega Apartments finished on schedule

The $77.5 million Cottee Parker designed Omega Apartments feature 130 apartments consisting of 42 one-bedroom apartments, 10 one-bedrooms plus multi-purpose rooms, 52 two-bedroom apartments and 26 two bedrooms plus a study across 17 levels.

Located at 61 Brookes Street, just 1km from Brisbane’s CBD, the majority of Omega Apartments have panoramic views across the city due to the first four levels being a podium car park.

Hutchinson Builders have completed the construction of the 130 premium apartments on schedule for HG Developments.
