Priding himself on his in-depth technical expertise, Roland delivers thoughtful design solutions that work within the constraints of a project. Through collaboration with all stakeholders, he creates designs that provide the end-user with useful and engaging spaces.
Having been passionate about drawing and design since he was young, Roland has an innate ability to respond to any design challenges – resulting in projects that achieve the desired commercial outcomes. He combines his passion for design with his industry expertise to continually push the boundaries of design and produce projects that will stand the test of time.
Having joined JPR Architects in 1996, which then merged with Cottee Parker, Roland has worked on some of Sydney’s most notable projects, including The Waterfront at Homebush Bay – an award-winning development that repurposed an industrial site into 1,200 residential apartments.
In his day-to-day role, Roland works alongside his internal team to mentor and guide them to create exceptional design solutions for all clients. By collaborating both with his internal team and with project stakeholders, he delivers designs that consistently exceed expectations.
