With 40 years’ experience spanning seniors’ living, education and healthcare, David Frost has a reputation for delivering high quality outcomes for his clients. Joining Cottee Parker, David sought to merge a creative and collaborative approach to architecture with his expertise in seniors’ living projects.
Throughout his career, David has worked on a number of projects – some of which featured ground-breaking design strategies that forged the way for projects after them. He has also won a number of awards for his work on the restoration of the Range, Middle Hall and Bethany Nursing Home in Rockhampton.
His experience allows him to successfully deliver large-scale projects from conception right through to post-construction. This was demonstrated by his work on the Oxford Park Retirement Village, which received a Commendation from the Australian Institute of Architects and won the Residential Development Award from the Planning Institute of Australia.
David has been fascinated by design and the built form since he was a child, and his design style is influenced by the merging of technology and nature. His unique and distinct style works to help him create designs that resonate with end-users, while meeting the commercial needs of project stakeholders.
Through using his management and industry experience, David has been able to build and lead an experienced seniors’ living team at Cottee Parker. Under his direction, he helps his team collaborate effectively with all project stakeholders to provide design solutions that exceed expectations.
