Derek's keen interest in 3D CAD modelling and presentation has seen him develop various presentation styles and techniques to keep Cottee Parker on the forefront of in-house architectural presentation. Meg is a valued member of the Cottee Parker Melbourne team. She is a registered architect with 9 years of professional experience in the field of architecture. She has a broad set of skills ranging from project coordination to schematic design, presentation, authority and client liaison. Meg's years of experience in her previous career as a theatre production manager and award winning set designer bring a richness and ingenuity to her architecture.
For Dee, understanding the clients' budget, timeframe and the intended use of the space provide the foundation for the design process. Her strength as a designer is driven by her highly developed communication skills and her ability to lead and coordinate teams to move projects from the clients' initial concepts and vision into reality.
David has earned his reputation in the seniors’ living industry by delivering high quality outcomes for clients but by also his approach to projects. David is a very good communicator and works hard within project teams to provide the team with the best opportunity to exceed the clients’ project objectives.
Dominick has well developed design, documentation and project coordination skills. He has performed the role of project architect through all phases of a variety of projects. Dominick’s recent experience includes commercial, retail and industrial developments.
James has over 25 years’ experience of design and project management experience in the Hospitality and high end retail sector. Relocating to Brisbane after 8 years in Vietnam, James brings with him a wealth of experience in designing and delivering projects across the Asian region.
Having worked on in excess of 40 motor dealership projects Jonathan has great understanding of the process of transferring the clients’ business needs to the delivery of the completed project. Jonathan is well across issues such as providing welcoming environments where cars can be displayed in the best possible light while integrating the needs of the service departments to operate in a safe and efficient manner.
Jonathon is a highly competent architect with an eye for detail and design capacity that is suited to complex commercial, public, mixed use, high-end multi-residential and urban planning projects. His experience ranges from front end design and presentation skills through to project delivery and on site construction management.
Justin is a registered architect and has progressed into a practice leadership role since joining the practice in 2009. Prior to working at CPA, Justin began his study in the UK where he worked on luxury residential and retail, exhibitions and master planning. Moving to Australia to complete his studies, Justin worked in regional Victoria focusing on projects in government accommodation and health care as well as master planning.
