Angelo brings 20+ years of experience in a broad range of Architectural and Design roles and is responsible for the development of the Sydney studio and merge with existing practice JPRA. Angelo enjoys the challenge of developing bespoke design solutions that reflect the client’s aspirations and employs a “client centred – account management ethos.
David has earned his reputation in the seniors’ living industry by delivering high quality outcomes for clients but by also his approach to projects. David is a very good communicator and works hard within project teams to provide the team with the best opportunity to exceed the clients’ project objectives.
Dan has participated in projects from most categories of Cottee Parker’s body of work since joining the firm in 1994. From a strong background in luxury residential and multi residential, Dan has expanded into a range of Industrial and Commercial projects.
Brad has worked in the architecture industry for over 25 years and was previously a director of JPR Architects. He has extensive knowledge of building regulations and has strong experience in the preparation of construction documentation and carrying out contract administration and project management for the delivery of completed projects.
Roland is a Senior Associate at Cottee Parker of the Sydney office and is a registered architect with over 25 years of architectural experience. He has extensive experience in conceptual design and development approval, design development, documentation and delivery aspects of the architectural process.
Jonathon is a highly competent architect with an eye for detail and design capacity that is suited to complex commercial, public, mixed use, high-end multi-residential and urban planning projects. His experience ranges from front end design and presentation skills through to project delivery and on site construction management.
Derek's keen interest in 3D CAD modelling and presentation has seen him develop various presentation styles and techniques to keep Cottee Parker on the forefront of in-house architectural presentation. This gives Cottee Parker Architects an additional service to further distinguish them from the competition.
For Dee, understanding the clients' budget, timeframe and the intended use of the space provide the foundation for the design process. Her strength as a designer is driven by her highly developed communication skills and her ability to lead and coordinate teams to move projects from the clients' initial concepts and vision into reality.
Dominick has well developed design, documentation and project coordination skills. He has performed the role of project architect through all phases of a variety of projects. Dominick’s recent experience includes commercial, retail and industrial developments.
Jonathan has a long history at Cottee Parker Architects. Joining the practice while a student has meant that Jonathan’s approach to design closely mirrors that of the practice – a focus on meeting the functional and aesthetic needs of the client in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Justin is a registered architect and has progressed into a practice leadership role since joining the practice in 2009. Prior to working at CPA, Justin began his study in the UK where he worked on luxury residential and retail, exhibitions and master planning. Moving to Australia to complete his studies, Justin worked in regional Victoria focusing on projects in government accommodation and health care as well as master planning.
Constance trained as an architect at the University of Sydney and practices architecture alongside a growing portfolio of public art projects of her own. She has worked on a variety of projects from large scale commercial, harness racing facilities, aged care, community housing, inner city restaurants and residential to small shop refurbishments.
Grant is a registered architect who joined our practice in 2013. Since joining the practice, Grant has made a significant contribution to many large and successful multi-residential projects from initial concept designs right though to post construction defect reviews.
Professional, practical and technically minded, Chris has a passion for functional, sustainable design and has the creativity and determination to ensure that he makes a success of any project he is involved in. He has 15 years industry experience in New Zealand, England, United Arab Emirates and Australia having worked on a diverse range of projects over this time.
Dennis was the Founding Director of JPRA which rapidly established it as a leading boutique Sydney architectural practice with an enviable list of completed projects to its credit. Dennis has a reputation for delivering outstanding and award-winning designs across a range of industry sectors.
Previously Principal at JPRA, Ian has more than 40 years of architectural experience, having worked in practices around the world. Ian is committed to designing well considered, technically buildings with minimal impact on the environment and as an early up-taker of ESD.
